Thank you for ordering from Active Results.

Order Fulfilment

Active Results products are produced and fulfilled to order. This means your order will enter production after it has been placed rather than being dispatched immediately from pre-held stock.

Please allow time for both production and delivery when placing your order.

Processing & Fulfilment

Orders normally require a production and fulfilment period before they are dispatched.

Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, destination and carrier delays.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery destination. The full shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing or periods of unusually high demand.

International Orders

International availability and shipping charges are displayed at checkout where shipping is supported.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
