By accessing or purchasing from www.activeresults.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

1. Orders & Product Availability

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason.
  • Pre-orders are made-to-order and production may take up to 2–4 weeks or longer (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded before dispatch.

2. Payments

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment gateways available through Shopify.
  • All payments are processed securely.
  • Prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • You agree not to file chargebacks or disputes unless you’ve first contacted us and given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
  • Once shipped, your order is the responsibility of the carrier.
  • Lost or stolen items should be claimed directly through the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted on non-preorder, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Pre-orders are final sale — no returns or cancellations.

5.  User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

6.  Prohibited Use

You may not use our products or services for:

  • Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Abusing or harassing others

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
